Experience
Audrey has over twelve years of full time coaching experience – coaching leaders and future leaders.
She has worked with executives from companies such as Schroders, Deutsche Bank, M&G, Lazard Asset Management, UBS, Berenberg, Redburn Partners, Citadel, Reddeer Capital, Nomura International, RBB Economics, Alteris, CBRE, Cushman and Wakefield, Actis Partners, 10 Downing Street, Inditex, Heidrick and Struggle, Debevoise & Plimpton, United Nations World Food Programme and Place 2 Be.
She has coached CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CTOs, CMOs, Managing Directors, Senior Fund Managers, Non-Executive Directors and Senior Executive Directors of these and various other businesses.
In addition to coaching, she also sit as a Board Advisor to Adelpha – a corporate finance advisor and investment network, and a Board Advisor to Fluid IT, a B Corporation Technology Company. She is a Non-Executive Director of Bold Voices.
Prior to qualifying as an executive coach, Audrey spent sixteen years at Deutsche Bank and UBS. She was an MD in Pan European Equities in sales and research, specialising in the telecoms sector.
At Deutsche Bank, as a Managing Director, she ran a 50-strong team in Specialist Sales, working closely with the bank’s Sales, Trading, Research, ECM and Corporate Finance divisions, and developing and maintaining client relationships with fund managers and hedge funds, corporates and private equity firms.
She was the most senior female in Equities at Deutsche Bank and was selected as one of twenty women, across the bank’s global operations, to be on its pioneering senior women's leadership programme (ATLAS), designed to prepare Deutsche's most senior women executives for board roles.
While at Deutsche Bank, Audrey also pioneered the Women's Performance Programme for high achievers and potential leaders within the Bank.
Prior to investment banking, Audrey studied Physiological Sciences at Oxford University, specialising in Neuroscience and Neuropharmacolgy.
Outside of work, Audrey is a mother of four, including identical twin boys and enjoys skiing, tennis, swimming and playing the piano.

ICF Professional Certified Coach, PCC, ICF Certified Advanced Team Coach (ACTC) and member of the International Coach Federation (ICF)
